Some advice, all these fish were caught on the colour line. so if you see this in the TK, dont waste your time anywhere else.

Fluke i might be going this weekend, will get an accurate weather report on thursday. just hope the swell drops a little bit.

yip, the clean/dirty water mix is the best if you can find it.you can follow that mix up the river on the push and back down on the outgoing and you will catch fish.

Did that colour line thing at fish river on the push. Walked the bank throwing rappies with bass rods got a few beauts.

I'm getting keen on this haven't really fished lure in the salt for a looong time.

the bastards broke into my garage yesterday and cleaned it out!
all my fishing gear gone.rods, reels, bags with lures ect ect.

put an insurance claim through for R27000!

i just want to catch one of them, ill take them deap sea and no one will ever see them again:ssswim:

so now i cant even fish until the claim goes through!

Guys want to make a trip up in april next year, river fishing and trying to find a location. I have a small flatbottomed glassfiber boat but need a slip to launch it (or somewhere where a bukkie wouldnt get stuck.

I was thinking the Umtata river. I believe there is a hotel at the mouth, anyone been there? What u think of this as a destination or are there other easier to access rivers.

Want to tackle the gamefish in the river, kingies, pickhandles, skippies, snapper, that sort of stuff on artlure. Any alternatives. Would like the vehicle to be safe at night and while fishing. Any sugesstions please let me know. If its a secret pls PM me, totaly chatch & release so no harm will be done to your spot.
