Firstly, i know that this should be in the marine electronics section but i think i will get more responce here. I am looking at getting this sounder for my little duck, would like to know if anyone is using the same sounder and if so whats it like?

Was anyone from Sealine at Baileys cottage yesterday eve/ night? Drove past there around 7 and saw plenty of rods and the water looked really really nice, i am sure some fish must have com out in those conditions!

Spoke to a buddy of mine at 10 this morning, he is running one of the commercial boats..... when we spoke they had over 100 a man snoek and the fish were biting! Just heard from another mate of mine and they had just over 1000 snoek between the 8 of them, not too far outside the kommetjie slipway!!

I spent the morning fishing from my Ark in Melkbos and the fish were biting like crazy!! I Tagged and released 5 Geelbek and 7 Kob, I kept another 2 Geelbek and 5 nice Kob, I also released another 30 odd geelbek and 5 Kob. The biggest kob i got was 72cm and biggest geelbek was 68cm! Def my best...
