I've been living in the windy city for almost 2 and 1/2 years now and have neglecting my fishing terribly. Don't really know all of the "holes" so give me a shout next time you go make a cast. I am mostly geared up for edibles.

How do you take off the pesky rod eye on the tip of a rod?! I need to fit a new one and I'm worried I might damage the sensitive tip while trying to loosen the broken rod eye. Any tips (excuse the pun...) to get it loose enough for safe removal?
