@ SAKKIE,make a turn at FISHING SPECIALIST they have a ready made trace there its called a limited sliding trace, just speak to JUSTIN,KEITH/ARTHUR and ask them for one.this trace is an excellent trace the hook is actually sets itself once the fish picks up the bait, give it a go ive previously bought one and its so far worked wonders, now i just duplicate them and make my own.
tight lines

go to trace and knots to view the trace,Trophy has posted a pic on what it looks like.tight lines gents
forgot to mention, replace bottle sinker his got with a grab so that your hook can be clipped onto the sinker's little ear on top-its better when casting.

Only problem is that if you stuck in a reef and break the sinker off, you loose the fish
Hi razeen....just a little suggestion, just something i would have done to ensure i just loose the sinker and not the fish.......
..on the sinker trace(GREEN) i would have put a reasonably thin line, connected to a swivel(BLACK) just slightly bigger than the pully swivel, with a thin peice of steel trace(RED) of about 140mm connected to your hook trace.....this way there is no friction on your nylon, but on your little peice of steal if the sinker breaks off and the fish is on.

Hope i made sense...:):f1shy

"connected to a swivel(BLACK) just slightly bigger than the pully swivel"
...this swivel will pull agianst the pully swivel which is smaller, this way you ensured to still land the fish.

Dont want to sound like an idiot, but what stops your hook from pulling up to your main line once in the water?:?
