Howzit! This motor does not have a idle adjustment! its a 1995 3 cyl elan evinrude! if I adjust the mixture in it idles better but cuts out after a while. any suggestions?

Howzit! Are build in fuel tanks seperate compartments? If the boat has a build in fuel tank, external breather, external filler has hose clamps on all pipes etc but has a battery next to the tank in a battery box that is strapped down! Would this wrong or right? Semi rigid boat has fuel line...
