with the up and down weather etc, im wondering how many guys are happy with the current state of their winter season...?

mine is up to sh...

i even went to catch some carp on sunday!

couple of blanks but its been better than last winter for sure.

I've caught a few galjoen end more stumps than I could care to mention but the season has been pretty poor for me thus far, I've had a few solid blanks in a row now, but I'm no fair weather fisherman so dont mind it.

BAD, VERY VERY BAD.

But I think it has more to do with lack of time next to the big blue. Will hopefully remedy that in the next few weeks.

mine is going good! got 11 crackers in 7 outings and i released my biggest edible fish! cracker of 16.9kgs! awesome watching the beaut fish wag its tail at me when it was heading for the deep

the galjoen taunt me in my dreams! yoh havnt had a good gallies season in two years!

i got some siza white stumps and 1 streamer if you play with IGFA rules (touching the leader counts as a catch)

Allot of blanked sessions but on the occasions when i got fish it counted :
Sealine Record :Blacktail 3kg
Rasspl 2nd biggest edible (Strand):Galjoen 1.8kg
