ya eugene. he gave me a tube of ky gel yesterday cos he seems to enjoy rotating on it.

Just got back to GP last night. Had a nice relaxing time. Sea was absolutly on its head. Hardly fished the surf. Had a session at Vidal - Shad head out for 2 hours, freshly jigged Mackie for 4 hours and not a pull.
Fished alot in the lake, got a range of species. My Niece fishing for the first time got a beaut of a big eye king. Awsome fun n games esp it was taken on 1.2kg line.
Ahh well, thats fishing for ya, SW really came to the party

Big rains and sh,,t on Friday night and Saterday was up in RB working and playing with Garths boat.Took it out for spin in the bay and even the bay wasent very happy and had to cut the trip short as the kids and wife dident like that.
Got a nice tan (nearly unsroke) atleast on saterday.

Hi All
I can confirm that the sea has been on it's head for most of the last 9 days.
We have however managed to find some fish. The problem is that my son has been giving me a hiding these holidays. He managed to get a Raggie of 180kg and then followed it up with a honeycomb of 64kg.
I lost a sandy of about 80kg after being streeeeched good and solid for 25 minutes... wow how strong are those fish.
Lots of Milky's around but their is a serious lack of edibles around.The weather forcast does not look good....... blowing SW for the next three days.
I will upload pictures in the new year as I left my usb cable at home.
Raggie and Sandy hooked on sarda-sarda head slide , honey taken on whole Makie slide.
Last night and today the surf was unfishable with a wash that rolls 8oz out in about 4 minutes and weed on top of that.
If we get any more fish we will let you know.
