you need a short gaff with a rubber tentacles like red tube, go to rock pools and move it around near holes in the rocks and you will see them coming for it.

Didnt see the boats, was carefully examining the octopus biting onto a raisin

Honestly, what was wrong with this pick,  absolutely no nudity  I have seen worse  photos than this previously on Sealine and no one got a yellow card.
