New MPA in Moz!!!!

John, have you heard any news from your inside contact on the MPA? I hae do a lot of searching and all comments are in line with yours. There will be a no go zone from the Northen portion of Techobanine. The comments are that recreational fishing will be allowed "under strict controls". What these controls will be, who know's!

If they are going to be the same as the Sodwanan area, when they say no fishing on coral reefs, do they mean no bottom fishing or that you are not even allowed to troll over them? Does anyone have a set of written fishing rules for the iSimangaliso park?

Hi sorry to dig up a old cow. but i can not seem to get the right info and cant read John F post for some reason.

So please if anyone have the right info please help.

Is only bottom fishing stopped in this area or fishing as such.

Do anyone have the map of borders for the marine reserve.
