And regarding the rest of your post - our family has had nothing to do with his scams - we're typically the last to know - when either cops, PIs or bouncers rock up on our doorstep with requests and threats.

And your kayaks certainly aren't at his wife's house - that's where my items were stored while I was away and how he managed to steal my goods. If they were there I'd gladly have them handed back over to you. I will however check if they're there next time I see his wife, however my guess is that he pawned them off - it's his usual MO...

John did manage to get R3000 bail, which infuriates me as how can someone that still has other peoples possesions have the money to pay bail? His next court date is the 8th of March, so now we have more time to dig up more dirt against him. And he is welcome to run, cause then he goes onto the Saps wanted list.

Shaun I will get hold of you for your help in this regard.

Please if anybody else has dirt, lets pile it on him.

Just a quick update. John was back in court on the 8th of March. I am very confused by the whole system, but another court date has been set for the 15th of April. I have not been asked to testify against him yet, but the detective has assured me that we will be notified when we will be required to do so. One thing is for sure I am going to see this thing all the way to the end! Please warn anybody and everybody you know about this scumbag, if justice was to be served his forehead should be branded with CON.

John's former lawyer ( also John ( the inflatable ) ) apparently got "punctured" and had to be removed from court...

Heard ol John got himself a fancy new advocate to represent him now...advocate Barbi aka Cezanne Visser! Apparantly after his trial they will become "penpals" whatever that means...LOL!
