I don't think that there is a minimum size for dorado. They grow so fast that it is not a big deal.

I don't think they have anything to do with FADS. That size Dorado is bait for larger Dorado that are normally found on the FADS. Generally they are 6-8kg. I think these are just bycatch from another fishery.jb2 wrote:

My problem is the way they were caught . Prob with FAD devices as bycatch with tuna.
For me that is the biggest problem.
Suggest go to Food Lovers Face book page and ask them where those Dorries come from and how they caught.
They sing the sustainable seafood tune these days and I'm sure they would be able to tell you since they have committed to walking the talk.
Saves the speculation.
Pretty sure though that anyway you slice and dice them they more sustainable than the majority of options on offer any where.
