Finally got a boat

Ok, nice boat!! I have always been a Billfish fan, i have fished on quite a few of them!!

Only managed that one Kob and tagged and released two smaller ones that eve!

you got some really good advice there.I will be looking to upgrade next year to a similar boat , and wish you best on your boat.

Lovely boat. May her decks be awashed with loads of luck.

I fished on and skipped one for years. Its a good boat for its size. Becomes a problem when you load more than 400 snoek and four crew. Cannot blame the boat as it was'nt built for that type of abuse, but i'm still here with much respect for it.

I fished on a few of them aswell in my commercial days and the most we ever got on was a ton of yellowtail, we had a couple of times when we loaded around 400 snoek on aswell!

Which ones did you fish on?

Blue Eagle. Aubrey was our resident skipper at the time. When he was'nt available either myself or my late brother Bill manned the boat. We changed to a 17 Billfish thereafter. Great boat that one was.
