 Nice looking comeback Daiwa :D
Actually it reminds me of those opel corsas you see around the cape flats.R50 000 worth of acceseories , but its still a 1300.
Ok, so that was my attempt at being nice to the Daiwa okes. Actually starting to feel a bit sorry for them. Seems I failed ;)

Haggers, I own an underground drug cartel in Edgemead, money is no issue, but I still opt for the, lets say it like Mike, SHIMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANO

WWHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I am happy for you;)

But my view is that (and the votes reflect that) Shimano will be more popular a reel than Daiwa as it is cheaper ...

I mean, what car do you see more of on the road, a Citi Golf or lets say a GTI?

Doesn't really matter ... they are like daiwas........  k@k ........ :spite  :spite  :spite

Shimano will allways be a class reel boet, NO advertising needed :swear

You missing my point, it does matter!!  The reason you have more people fishing with Daiwa is the price! Its logical that you would rather pay less for a similar reel!!

Shimano is a class reel, yes Im not arguing with that but so are the Daiwa's ...
Brother brother .......... they are not similiar.... one is a class reel the other is not !!! Eish man :doh :doh

Eish man, its fine, I give up:madt ... its your opinion.  The votes show 53% to Shimano and 40% to Daiwa no landslide victory, yes shimano wins but alot of Daiwa anglers believe their reels are superior like you. End of.

Lets agree to disagree.

Wait, let me change my vote to "give mike wooden spoon" ... lol

Hey Haggers

Its coz us DAIWA fans dont see the need to fight so hard to let our brand win, our reels prove it at the beach, not on a website:uzi

I don't "believe" ..... its a well documented fact, look at what's been caught ;)

Those stats in a presidential race would be considered a landslide victory..... I'm tired now LOL :babee

Hi IT guy, yes I have been gone for a while. For some reason, and it has to be my ISP at work I could get onto the main page but as soon as I hit the link to any one of the postings it just told me server not available, eventually I gave up but I am back again. Been a very hectic holiday seasons but we have had endless fun with chartering. Even had the pleasure of taking out Hargen Engler (Editor of the FHM) managed to get him to hook and land a 4,5kg Miss Lucy aka Red Stumpnose - For those of you in the Eastern Cape read the week-end post under his weekly postings under week-end surf - He's made mention of his experience which we loved !!!
