Where can one buy Anchovies up here in Jhb/East Rand-i need some for end of April.Going to Tugela Mouth and would like to try it.The last sardine/pilchards i bought was pap.

How effective is the anchovy oil that you buy at the tackle shops? I've been dipping my bait in and covering with sand as per the shop sales guy. Does it really work as well as one would imagine?

All I know ,it attracts sharks ,mate was using it at sea .he was nailing sharks ,I was nailing cob

well anchovey delivers again ( and a bit of pilly) geelbek lastnight same spot ! same basin as the elf post no 22 and the Kob a few back up post 36th me and fishing partner ........mooi man hulle is hier
