Hi all, found my  sealinex 30sha's drag becoming progressively weaker with each outing up to  the point where I had to wind it so tight I thought something was going to break! Anyway, stripped it down and found the drag washers badly compressed,especially the bottom one...reel was last serviced...

Hi all,  I've been using my 110h with Daiwa 30sha for galjoen when the sea is rough and strong winds are blowing, as it's nice and light and can handle a 4- 5oz sinker to anchor the bait and you also get blown around a helluva lot less with a light rod, but the rods tip is not sensitive enough...

Hi all, has anyone else heard rumours of large kob and steenbrass in the vlei area at melkbosstrand? I heard today that divers had spotted quite a few in the vlei,also heard of a massive steenbrass coming out at bontkop.. but not sure how true this is. 

been trying to change my avatar for the last hour wothout success,does anyone know how? the $%^& thing just keeps coming back..........
