Zonker Fly

Hi All,

Was browsing through youtube.com and came across the Zonker Fly.

I decided to tie this last night.

I will test it on Nile Perch and see what happens.

Very neat tie, will the hook be up to it against Nile perch?

I dont think so,Nile Perch are crazy fish,I have only being tying for just about a month so I was testing first on a smaller hook..busy tying one now with a 4/0 hook.

Try getting your hands on Gamakatsu Stinger hooks, they are thin and very strong! PM me and I'll send you all I have on flytying - most of the stuff is saltwater based, however, I have some articles on deer hair spinnig etc. You'll be surpised to see how many tips and tricks of the trade you can pick up from them.
