Does anybody know where this river is. I think maybe southern cape. Cannot find it on google as well. Nickie Louwrens mentions it in his book Seehengelgeheime.

In the book "Strike" (if I recall correctly?), the author speaks about the once legendary runs of White Steenbras(Pignose Grunter) that used to occur in the mBashe(Bashee) river.

 

[Enigma]

It is Mbashe (aka Bashee) and it is on the Transkei coast and it is now a nature reserve so no fishing there.
