Hi Tsutsuma, Smith's Sea Fishes No;158:1, Peristedion Weberi or Armoured Gurnard looks like the closest. Attains 15 cm in length. Two species found in the east coast area.

Hmmm, I believe its one of the Gurnard species,,, Red Gurnard will be my guess!!! Just not sure if they are supposed to be around that coast line or not....
