Weekend report

[Mouldz]

I think weather wise the whole coast had foul weather but we managed to get to sea on Saturday,
sunrise over the marina

Was on our spot at 7 oclock and had our quota of cob by 11 oclock,from 60cm to 80cm,a couple of hake in between and a 65cm geelbek

Weather sucked hey. At least u got out

We got a few fish between kariega and bushmans on the surf just left of where the guys surf launch

Couple nice shad on fri on sat we got santers big ones too and a couple small duskys

Here's one of the santers

nice mouldy! are the hake a bonus? how deep were you fishing,as they a deepwater fish, well, in the cape they are,,wish you can catch them from the r&s!!!
i think they beat all the surf fish,be it cob,gallie,elf, or anything else!maybe why i return all my fish, last week had 2 elf i kept,eish,, cooked with all the care and love,, the chips were ok, tho! now ALL the reef fish i catch go back,,rather go to the local g/bay chip shop!

Not too deep,one of our spots is along a ledge that drops off from 32m to about 70m
