Hi Guys, i attended the Sealine Kob Derby over the weekend and my buddy's son managed to find a very rare species in Strandfontein. Can anyone share some info on these critter please

No idea. ..but what did you do with the little guy. Maybe contact someone at the aquarium. Then again as murphy would have it ..you get into trouble for touching the thing. :fbash::tight:
 
it may be a juvenile loggerhead turtle, but that guy is far from his home on the north east coast reefs

apparently its the time of year when they get washed up on our shores accidently, but should anyone find one please do not return them to the water, instead call these guys from the two oceans aquarium 021 418 3823 as the turtles usually are to weak to swim again
