mate, some advice, use it or lose it
I only fish braid (except shark). Now to fill a reel with say 800m of braid if you are casting is a big foolish (not meant bad)
You will always only be using say the top 250m. When it frays or gets old then you simply turn it around on your spool.
Going this will leave a section of 300m unused braid in the middle of the spool.
What I do is.
Fill my spool with mono and just add 300m of braid as top shot.
When the braid frays or gets old I turn it around or later replace it.
Apart from being cheaper you actually get more life out of your braid.
I add 300m as you often cut bach say 2 to 3 m of line.

Simen what happens if you bunch with braid ? do you have to cut it out or can it come undone if you play with it ?

To remove a "kraaines" (bunch up) from braid is much of a muchness as with mono.
The real difference between the two is that mono tends to bunch out (big loops) but braid tends to bunch in Small tight loops.
Where mono is then easy to pic with the fingers to find the cross loop, braid is tighter and I use a piece of wire with a small hook to help me find the cross loop.
Braid gets a while to get use to but as I say, I only fish braid and have since 1990/1

my experience with braid is that it is easier to get sorted out as it stops much quicker when it does happen.
