lookin for some nice chap /hotpiece ..to give me there rundown /review on the evo 465 ...some sort of digital photo ..seen all stealth gallery stuff but would like to see it in the wet stuff from now one thats involved with stealth...when mine arrives here i will be giving my review on here ....

Just got mine on friday last week! Jeeze Thet thing is a machine i thought it would be a bit less stable than the ordinary oney but you can sit sideways on that thing no prblem! the finishings on the evo are amazing everything is made to perfection! Awsome ski to paddle and it does not do to bad in the surf either.

mordecai3004...thanks for quick reply ...mine should be here in 5 weeks [fingers crossed] ..what colour have you ..have seen the odd one or two pics of the 465 ..how quick are they in the sea , is it a wet ride in the choppier waters...lots of questions but i will spare you .. 

if you had a wee pic or two there of your new baby

but dont see any pics ..i know a couple on here who do have them [ think there a little shy mabee ]

I got my evo 430 two weeks ago, ( I weigh 69 kgs, so the 430 is big enough for me) . Took it out for a paddle at Milnerton and I was VERY impessed. Stablilty, straight line tracking, speed, easy to turn..all great! However, as somebody mentioned before, the deck layout is very ordinary, but I'm working on it..

anywhere else , got any pics of it ...what colour did/have you got..will get mine [465] in about a week or two , left s.a 27days ago ::S you can tell im excited , never owned glass before so expecting good things ..especialy paddling speed , the plastic/trylon yaks are great for fishin but im looki for a paddlin yak n do a bit of pluggin , trolling...

as far as mods go  will have a thnk then do everything at same time

Very stable, very fast ski with huge fish hatch. Easily manageable in big surf, and launches well. Surprisingly, turns easily riding along the face of fair size waves.
Different shape, and I think that's whats keeping it from being hugely popular.
The one thing is it punches waves well, where the bigger stealths try to go over everything vertically. Great for pulling lures or fillets with ease.

Hey all....


Ha ha... Funny enough i put in an offer on that exact "PINK' 430, my mate laughed at me when i took him to show, my only valid reply to his cheap comments was: it's not the color that catches the fish, and besides, it won't get stolen"...

Apparently they (Stealth) have been using that boat as a demo, loan boat...

What your thoughts...???

am lookin forward to gettin mine in the wet stuff ...just got plain white with black decals cos im more than likely goin to make it more fishin freindly ie rod holders [flushmounts/scottys], anchor trolly/points so fixings will have to be reinforced with kevlar or similar ...will ask brett for new decals when its time to tidy her up with new paintjob ...but for now its good to hear the evo s are living upto stealth s high standards ...thanks foxhat ...she s a beauty ..and so is the evo

Ja Calder , I managed 1 x Sailie , 1 x couta , 2 x Dorado & 1 Greater . Water was mint and the sailie was released .

The couta next to the ski was caught this morning.

My life flashed passed my eyeballs in a big hurry but we remained calm and after about 2 hours in the water the dive boat picked us up !!

Billy there were about 30 Evolutions ( About 90 skis in total )at the recent Paindane comp in Mozambique....

faulty ...nice pic of evo city ...your evo ..a quick review would be good ...

how wet is the ride

how does it handle/ perform in choppy seas etc

and its made from epoxy/glass ..is it prone to chips cracks

and have you fished at anchor with it ..
