Well done boet, gr8 reading and thanks for taking the time to sharePatrickC wrote:thanks Patrick, ja just though I would show that you can make your bait box exactly as you want itKeep them coming! Nice thread t(((up((

I did the same thing. I only used roof membrane on the outside to help the foam from not splitting or chipping on the bricks. Also on the lid I used a big cutting board(about 1cm thick) and used it as my lid with foam underneath to seal the lid in. I found the lid as it is isn't as effective as a chiller or even close to it. It just doesn't seal good enough.
well done bud.
are you planning on tenderising chokka etc on that lid.
will update soon for those that are interested. Sharks winning the currie cup left me feeling worse for wear on Sunday so didn't feel like doing DIY
Busy finishing it up right now, got to it done for the RASSPL on Sat, which will be its first official test run... so here's to holding thumbsdondeswart wrote:

Bwhahah ,you must have been spying at my place ,did the exact same thing ,but wrapped the whole thing in silver duct tape to reflect the heat, its light but noway as effective as a Chiller to keep things cold, only use mine on short trips
