So a While (actually a long while back) Mark sends me a rod he won at the RASSPL, Great 3 piece 12' but a lumpy, bulky and awkward build that he could just not come right with.

Stripped it down and took over 30% of the rod weight off with all the gaudy metal fitting and chunky guides that were awkwardly placed.

Well he though got the rod for free and has a great blank so least make the best of it.

Lighten the whole build up, get rid of the Bling that was tarnishing, Replace the chunky Fong Kong guides with Genuine Fuji K series and add some Marbling.

Mark the courier collected and now you can go target that 4kg Bluefish with a rod tailor made for it

I only had the phone to take a few quick pics so get new pics when the rod is with you and post them. (split grip marbling)

Forward arched with flared legs to prevent line wrap on guides. (see demo and explanation Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYzmg0MURkc)

Currently redoing 4 Berkley air's as they have just to many broken guides. Use the Double foot K Series stripper and then single foot K's on the tip section

Hiya Mark, Enigma

Looking good Mark thats an awsome rod you got there!

NOW I see why you have a sudden urge to upgrade your grinder!

Here is some pics from my side. Pictures do not do it justice. The rod is excellent and cast like a dream. Craig sent me some goodies to rebuild my G3. I set of on friday and started and it is finished. My first attempt, it looks ok.
