Hi All

I am heading to Seychelles during December for Holiday and would like to get some advice on fishing spots.

I will stay at the following places:
Praslin (Baie Ste Anne) for 4 nights
La Digue (Anse Severe) 4 nights
Mahe (Bea Vallon Bay) 6 nights

I would love to do some lure fishing from shore, any advice would be appreciated.

I am also going to book a charter for a day of Big game Fishing. What charters would you recommend.

Any other advice would be appreciated.

I have only stayed on Mahe *Beau Vallon" - did some fishing of boats, 5 Sail fish strikes in one day - not bad at all. Expenisve little Island....

Lure fishing from the shore - at Beau Vallon, will be a waste of time.

I cannot remember any charter names, just go on with the locals, without "fancy" outfits...you will pay 30 - 50% less

I’m here at the moment. Take a walk to the edge of the flats on low tide and throw for kingfish. Lots of garfish. Can also fish the mouth of the little harbor near Beau Vallon
