I have never seen such crap from grown men! I have read the posts on Sealine, CTF and R&S and its pathetic to see what's going on.

Hope you are all proud of the senseless contributions to the various forums, threads and PM's

You are ALL acting like idiots and none of you deserve involvement. If I was to be one of the recipients I would now not accept the gesture.

This is not the way to have helped those in need! Forget your stupid vendetta’s towards each other and fix the problem like mature adults.

I dont know half of what going on because i dont follow the CTF forum but in my opinion something is definately fishy.

Like trophy said, if i was one of those in the accident, i wouldn't accept it...

but i think hooked is correct in 'exposing' the fishyness....

Trevelly , your contribution was acknowledged by Mr Burger on CTF just now , 2 deposits was made to his account.  Apparently part of the delay is because of the deposits was made directly to him which must be split. He has now informed them of the deposits and values.

 

Guys , please I just want to apologies if I came across as I am trying to fight individuals on CTF or whatever , this is NOT about the person or website , its about whats right and whats wrong. Sorry if I offend anyone but I will def not stop until I have clairty , I started this and I will be dam if anyone takes advantage of me and a very good gesture by hundreds of our fellow fishing community.

The purpose here is to ensure that what needs to be done is actually done not to irratate all the fishermen/women with needless drivel.

What other pledge monies ? Did you perhaps contact the people who made the pledge ? Are you telling us the delay is caused by the uncertanty of missing pledge monies ? If Francios says  that he received those 2 deposits I believe him. He is one of the most honest people I know. Are you trying to say that he might have received more and is with holding info ? Please say what you want to say or get on with it.

CTF is erun like the Zim Govt whateva theyt say goes and there is nothing anybody can do about it, next time there is a fund raiser i will phon ethe benefisariy and get his details and do aq direct deposit, giving money to other people does not work as you may never know if your money is going where it is suppose to. It is krap that they have to meet to decide where the money goes,

Brian , I didnt start the nonsense as you put it.I merely pointed out on this forum what was happening on the other forums.

I take it you are toatally unrepentant about what you have done , and will continue sitting on the funds regardless so do us a favour and stuff off.

You are in the wrong and you know it.

Once again cos I know you have flash memory.

Please transfer all the monies collected during the event ( over 1 month ago) to the people who were supposed to recieve it.

Oh and before you start a tirade about someone else holding the money.Why was all the cash collected banked in the first place?

Oh and before I forget , as most peeps know Galjoen owns his own forum.You might ask why he comes accross here to post , its because he has banned all the okes who questioned where the money is from his own forum so he doesnt have anyone to fight with any more

Was not implying that Francois was not declaring pledges. Reads the topic from the begginning....lot of pledges made...........account number was supplied.....yet only 2  seem to have been forthcoming.

This has been posted on CTF by Brian and myself and Bieny has been (oh no) banned. Its nice that he also deleted most of my post's , I guess the truth hurts.


Reality is that DA is accusing Angus, Dux or myself as being the fat cat
Sparty then goes and changes the topic by stating that he knew the money went to Mike
Sparty tries to defend DA by starting a slanging match

DA still has not responded to a pm sent to him by Angus or replied to my question posted.
I was going to give DA until 10am today to answer, but seems a waste of time
Sparty also requested that if I ban DA, then I must ban him to.

DA you are now banned until such time as you feel necessary to apologize via email

Sparty you are also banned at your own request

I feel rather embarrassed on behalf of Greg and Francois. I do apologise for this, and it was totally unnecessary and uncalled for.
I did not see the sense in deleting the topic as it has been posted on other forums as well. I am sick and tired of all this nonsense.
This forum was setup to enjoy ourselves, not for all this rubbish that is going on. In future I will not be so tolerant towards anyone who tries to stir or start animosity on the forum.


Summation as far as fund raising goes:

I stand by what I stated in the start of this post

CTF started a fundraising for the 3 guys involved in the accident.

We have done reasonably well to the tune of about 7k so far.
There is still some pledges outstanding which we are waiting for.
One of the problems we face is that we do not know what the final figure is, as we do not know what was deposited into RB's account
I have requested some time back that he post here who has donated what, so we can see what the final amount is. I have again asked him today to so.
Once we have the final figure we (CTF admin) will see how to distribute it.
We (CTF Admin) have tried in the last week or two to get together to discuss this, but due to various work commitments, this has not happend.
Mike is now away in leave, so when he gets back from holiday we will do our best to finalize this matter

CTF Admin will do the disbursements as seen fit by them. There will be no discussion about this. Once we have decided how it will be done that will be final.

If every forum member had a say in the disbursement it would never work. There are factors that influence the distribution % that you are unaware of. We have an idea of what payments will be made, we just need to finalize some things with the parties concerned 1st and to set a cut off date for donations promised.I have spoken to RB over the last couple of weeks, and Mike has also been in contact with Greg and RB.

Its almost funny how he turns this around , saying I changed the topic and started a slanging match when its exactly what he did to avert attention to the actual topic and questions asked. I posted a long list of facts which was also deleted. Then he goes and post's the above after he deleted all our comments.Like I'ev said , too much like the Zim government.
