Port Edward

Hi Guys

Does anyone know what the fishing's been like at Port Edward since the storm? Do you know if there's been any shad coming out at all?

I'm going down fom the 27th of April until the 12th of May. What bait's should I be taking with for Garrick and Kob of Splashrock?

Last Friday's fishing report in the paper said that the shad were full up not verry big but reasonable sizes.Other then that There have been a few good sized kingies and pompano around as well.So yeah im sure the trip will give you some sort of results.

jakes i was down last week and the sea was looking so good when i left on sunday.it is clear clear and the wave action is small.it has to be because it is full moon,but when you go down it will be approaching full moon and it always rians on the coast before a full moon.i reckon fishing conditions on the 1 may onwards will be 100s
