Polaroid Glasses

Hi Guys,

I want to get a pair of good Polaroid glasses and am thinking of getting the Costa Del Mar Rincons but an just not sure what lens colour to get.

Most the fishing will be done out at sea. Our water here in cape town is not always crystal clear and was thinking of getting a mirror Green tint.

Any comments or possible contender glasses that you can suggest

Yup - don't forget to look at the Vuarnet Polarised range. Top Sunnies from France! Amber/Brown seems to be the hot lenses for the offshore guys. Particularly in high reflection, high UV areas. A good few guys on Sealine are using them and rate them TOP!

I had a look at those and they also lekker. Im thinking of going with the Costa's 580 because they seem to have the best ratings in the US. the guys all rave about them. Here they cost over R3000 but if u buy them online u can get them for about R1500. Not a bad deal i thought. Just not sure of the colour, tending toward the Blue mirror

Howzit Bushbuck and Roy,
My 5 cents worth - Vuarnet is without a doubt the best sunglasses in the world with no discredit to the other brands.I've had my pair for 3,5 years now and just upgraded to the latest style.The reason i got them in the first place is because they have 3 qualities that rate them best in the world,which are :

Big words,but after 3 years,I'll never wear anything else.
They are what they say they are.I was hesitant at first,but when you put them on,there is no comparison.Especially us oaks on the water and in the sun the whole time.

dont know the Vuarnet but I've got Costa 580 Blue Mirror lenses and I cant go without them. The clarity is great and I'd recommend them any day of the week
