Please explain why "Tr-endy" is changed to Sealine

Ok! Ok! Here goes:

Once upon a time there was a dwarf, a mould and a guy with a boep! There were others but that would make the story boring but I digress.

They started a thread called the T r en d is your friend and it became so popular that other members saw it as a threat to the existence of Sealine. Needless to say the thread went to thread heaven after a number of unsavoury characters joined and that's when the fight started!

After numerous yellow cards and warnings issued to the members involved, the thread was not just locked, it disappeared forever. Taken away like snatching an ice cream from a toddler! Horrible stuff to say the least!

Anyway, some hotshot mod with a penchant for text search and replacement, effected the change that when you type the word and I dare not even type it now, it changes to Sealine! And that my friend is the truth of the matter.

Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! There, I said it. Do your worst! :::S

Here goes the "story" then. We (a bunch of friendly fisherman) many of who have met each other thru Sealine had many threads go POOF. Way to many tong in cheek comments both to members and Admin where made. No wait hold on. There are still comments like that. We got branded as the "stoutgat bende" by a certain Admin member. Koper to be exact. Today he's with us on our chat groups and FB groups. We not a bad bunch just a little past mad. Ok maybe a bit more than a little.



The T R E N D is your friend ran for months with plenty what did the guys call it. Banter I think was the word. Over 200 pages if memory serves me right. There was such a huge amount of info on that thread it could have been a best seller if published. Anyway. Long story short. That to went to SL heaven. Go figure. You are more than welcome to search for me on FB and I will gladly add you to the T R E N D Y group. Be warned thou. It's a tad rougher there than here.:::S

Now that Mr Smith would not surprise me at all. No wonder they been catching the past year. (little yellow emoticon runs and hides). Sorry but Admin EE might be watching.
