PB Kingfish on the wild side

No chicken or picanha tonight, nada, niks, nothing but a nice Kingie fillet. After 6 weeks up here it is starting to look more and more like a "skaap tjoppie". Sorry have to go, its getting cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: Even cold with a bit of Mayo on a fresh bun, nothing better at brunch. Problem is there is never left-overs.

Fedu: Thanks for the recipe, know its going to taste even better now.

Tremosso: Was at river Keve last sunday, nothing. Fished at the end of the blind river towards PA, 4 km from the mouth yesterday. Going to Keve next sunday afternoon, will let you know.

Will ask the guys for the exact spot, they allways came with snapper (when you get it, I'll also give you a nice recipe for it)

Thanks guys for all the comments. Was a hell of experience on light tackle and I got huge respect for the Jack Cravelle(thanks AQD), no reefs but this JC was a clean, strong fighter. Like I said previously, I actually felt sad this morning seeing it lying in the fridge, it didn't belong there, such a super fish must be in the sea and must be on the lookout for another guy to give him the same adrenalin rush I had.

Have yesterday's barracuda ready to do that as well... 1/30 of it for dinner tonight.

Would also apreciate your tips on the spoons/plugs you use for the JC.

Roland: Thanks, wish I could bring you up here to experience the supreme power of the JC. Congrats on the steenbras you caught. I am glad for you, you are making a name on sealine, setting your target and "on Dad'.
