pb cob

Managed to get my pb cob yesterday morning. Measured 118cm and was sucessfully released. Was caught near stilbaai.got her on low tide and used pillie chokka combo. Also managed a 154cm spotted gully

Thanks for all the responce..... Was well worth the effort, we camped out on the beach in 2 inch weather. The water had lovely colour and was 17 degrees. the fight was fantastic... when we saw the splashes in the shallows we thoght it was a big shark ( well big for us... we edible anglers) then all of a sudden we saw this beautiful silver back.....MONSTER COB!!!! my mate blackmoon shouts...... managed to take the pics that will be around for a life time with me telling the story over and over to every braai i go too... Best part is when i went to put her back.. she kicked off like  Usein Bolt out the blocks!!!
