Thanks Bud,
I have sent a couple of e-mail’s to them with no response. I think it might only be a case of ‘the money’s been made’ so who gives a rats now? The response time previous to payment was lightning! A more direct approach is needed, does anyone know who to contact at the source of issue?

@ Whisky, hotstuff is correct you need to contact the agent/outfit you wrote your skipper's license at, I do believe "by law" theY have issue you with an extention or temporary license till you receive your original certificate. I know of friends that's been waiting 2 years +, thus every 6 months they have to obtain the temp license.....

Thanks Serra Mos, will do so.
2 YEARS?
I just wish the CLOT who thought out the new moneymaking scheme had planned it better and got systems in place on his side to cope with the amount of paperwork BEFORE enforcing it on us. WE have to comply at set dates though they can’t be held accountable for their incompetence.
Wow, still mind-blowing to think that it would take 2 YEARS to issue a piece of plastic!!!!

Hi Whisky
Ek het so amper n jaar gewag vir my lisensie.
