mmmmmmm i think we are throwing too far!!
But gallie
....lengthen your drop, and
keep your upper arm (the arm/hand not on the reel) keep it
straight all during the cast. Look to a point in the sky,
pick a cloud or a seagull
and **** it. Then dont watch the sinker....
watch the reel...
i Concur .
In general though people are trying to iobliterate the sinker into Orbit , resulting in more time spent fixing a mashed spool , than simply focussing on consistency .your cast should end with the Reel more or Less in front of you so you can watch as the Line peels off . If you cast wiith a smooth Action , so too will the line Peel Off smoothly . It's when you try and beat Danny Moeskop that you end up looking like a ..P - ah......- Nevermind . Woulda rhymed !!! lololol!!
If you Own a daiwa , and are complaining that you are throwing Overwinds- USE THE BRAKES .
USE THE BRAKES . DOn't care what people tell you that it shortens your distance and blah blah blah - If it works - it Works .And after i installed mine into an sl 30 that i was
Battling to cast with , there was No turning back . 155m Measure with a 5 oz .i made calls to other people , and got more for My other reels , as I'd all but thrown all of my own ones away , not looking in the box .......
I even use them on my saltiga , and it throws consistently a Mile . And without the Drama of an overwind .who gives a Rats if I'm Casting 4 meters shorter than the next oke ?hmm??really ??
Take it from the al blacks - consistency is better than a single cast of 2000 m .....
