At last weer tyd vir monthly comp.
Wie gaan almal die naweek se comp bywoon ons moet besluit oor die area
Wat gehengel gaan word. So sit sommer
Die name op dat ons die bol kan rol.

yep dis hoogtyd dat ons die scormaster bietjie werk gee...

Wat dink jy Dafishking,sal die weskus se gate darem bietjie oopspoel na die gure weer ?...Ons moet maar middelweek 'n call maak sodat almal persies weet waar ons Sat gaan hengel...

Swiveltjie en JP (comp sec) het ontrek so ons moet 2 nuwe manne aanstel asb...

lang jare laas by ganzekraal gaan hengel maar locals kry altyd ietsie daar vir die pan kom ons gaan kyk

howzit...

sunday is a better day for the kraal as well as monday for those who want or are staying/ camping... i say this as i am in touch with locals and the water is generally cold, the kelp sections will hold hottie, the deeper spot cob and galjoen in the working surf... ask ebs

areas to look out for is the island, the banks in general have been quiet of late.


there have been good hottie catches about 4 weeks ago.

good cob as well but off the yak on dropshot.

the average temp been around 12degrees and swings up on the NW maybe to about 15-16 bringing on the fish.

Nou wil jy nou meer....ons spog (of is dit kla?) altyd dat ons altyd die akkieste weer kies om in te gaan hengel. Hoewel die weerburo op TV reken die wind (SO) gaan Vrydag sowat 40 km/u waai, reken Windguru die windjie gaan begin by 14 km/u teen 5 vm en daal tot 3 km/u teen 14:00. Deinings slegs 2 meter. Flippit, mens sal met 'n opgeblaasde binneband in die baai by Ganzekraal kan uitgaan!! he he

Terloops, ek herhaal ter inligting die volgende reelings rondom die kompetisie Saterdag by Ganzekraal:

Logistical arrangements: Monthly Competition: 13 April 2013 Ganzekraal, West Coast

1. Fishing area: Ganzekraal (West Coast)

2. Venue: Cards issued, weigh-in and social: At the lapa at Ganzekraal

3. Competition Secretaries: Chris (Skurf –Cell 082 460 7493) and Charl Joubert (Seasick– Cell 0082 321 6682).

4. Start and end times of competition: 07:00 to 15:00

5. Issuing of score cards: 06:15 to 07:00
Weigh-in: 15:00 to 15:30

6. Confirmation of Arrangements. Program and Rules:
The Competition Secretaries will be responsible for the compilation of a report on the competition. The Club’s Marketing Officer, Rinex (Fabian) will post the report on Sealine. Persons taking photos should forward their photos to Rinex for inclusion in his final report.

All normal Club competition rules will apply. Full Rules can be viewed on the SSEC:WC Announcements thread.

8. A competition fee of R20,00 is payable by all members participating. Non-members (guests) do not pay this fee and are not eligible for any prizes.

9. Kindly also note that an entrance fee of R10 per vehicle and R20 per person is payable at Ganzekraal.
