Motorized bicycles on beaches

hi guys
While making a nice long walk down the beach with all my gear had a bit of time to think i had an idea of getting a motor for my bicycle and converting it to a fishing wagon so to speak now comes the question , is it legal? I have tried to find out but it seams to be a bit of a grey area and have people tried it? you get some nice electric motors these days that don't make a sound

Think back to when you were fishing last. How much of the stuff that was in your bag did you actually use?
I know we are all guilty of "what if!" but most of us should be able to get away with just a small bag of goodies.

I agree with Splasher, I have been guilty of an "over kill" on various occassions, however I have learned the hard way many years ago.... walking on the beach and rocks with a bag filled to the brim. Now I  am using sling bags for short trips. Most of the time I make use of  a ghiellie or 2, always available on the Moz coastline, so it's a win win for both.

The first time I went out on my kayak same, had enough "what if" tackle to supply the whole of the Mozambican coast....since I have reverted to small plastic tubs with basic ready made gear ect.

Same goes for my deep sea outings on my ski vee, ready made gear, enough lures (chop & change them out with selection at home)

Bicycle will just sink into the sand,I had a similar idea for converting a battery operated golf trolley ,not the big thing you ride on but you get golf carts that you walk behind and control the speed with your finger
