Ya, getting the fish box made a bit longer, but the plan is for the boat to hurt the tail beckies and the longies if the not too far...

yo baardman, unfortunately dont have website details for you... will see if i can get my hands on some more info for you.

What a beauty off a boat! Now since i am as green as a mamba concerning boats i have a few questions regarding this particular one shown in the picture...

Firstly, i would guess this boat is more suited towards bottom fishing/vertical jiggin/bait fishing as it sits low in the water with low sides,

Secondly, why would someone choose a complete forward console when a centre console would be better suited for walking a fish around the boat? Could it be for more leisure activitys?

Thirdly, where are all the fancy rod holder set up's that i seen on these boats when trolling for yellowfin and all these other gamefish, surely it looks like something is missing?

Pls forgive my naive questions but i guess its gotta be learning curve....

Firstly, i would guess this boat is more suited towards bottom fishing/vertical jiggin/bait fishing as it sits low in the water with low sides...*as long as we`re on the water i dont care what sort of fishing we do, the boat can be used for pretty much any sort of fishing(probably not suited for a run to the canyon but around 20 miles we should handle) so, all the aspects u mentioned above and then some trolling etc

Secondly, why would someone choose a complete forward console when a centre console would be better suited for walking a fish around the boat? Could it be for more leisure activitys? *Without the forward section you get pretty wet here in the cape waters, so it serves as some protection from the elements. I guess it would also just be a preference thing... and if we hook in2 something big enough to have to walk it around the boat then i just cant wait for the sports!!!!

Thirdly, where are all the fancy rod holder set up's that i seen on these boats when trolling for yellowfin and all these other gamefish, surely it looks like something is missing? *Those fancy rod holders u`re talking about all come as extras and can be ordered, they get fitted at the end. This ad was taken without those as you can see but believe me this boat will have a serious trolling board on! So look out for `Solo Cat` soon to be pouncing the cape waters!

Cheers, hope this answered a few of your questions!

There is also a write-up about it in one of the ski-boat mags this month where it gets taken out and put through its paces. It does very well and gets some good positive feedback.

Solocat here we come!!!
