Galaxy, unless you are looking to race, it will be fine. If you look around, you will see a lot of flamingo boats and Baronets using 90Hp. With that Hp, they move very quickly, you won't be able to reach 70 Km/H, but the 75 will do. I would strongly urge you to test drive the boat, get the seller to meet you at the North End lake and see how it goes. That will answer your question.

You are doing the right thing by test driving before buying. I have the same year boat with 2 X 60 HP yamahas on the back , my top speed is around 47Km/h.
It is a heavy boat for its size but a very strong hull and mine being a centre console it has versatility of being a fishing boat on one day and a family boat the next.

I had a similar boat (actually bigger - Benguela 540 - which is also heavy) with 2 x 60's with 14" props and I got up to 65km/h. Not that its all about top end speed as she jumped out of the hole as well.
