I know I will be shot for posting the following but does anybody have a secret recipe for luring mullet in an estuary???
(Using the same reasoning for fish requiring different proteins and oils)
I'm ducking because I sense the first stone is comming.........

some use bread crumbs and some use sardine bits.
bread crumbs do drift more.
this will attract the prawn as well.
make sure the cast net has no holes.

Bread and a little anchovie oil..or some sard..either or..or just bread but the oil gets em in quickly..If current not too much then the piece of crust floating is nice to attract a bunch and a nice target to aim the net for.

Best is a border collie you can train to herd the fish towards you. Then you just pick a sandbank and stand still hahaha.
