I normally go to the far left as you enter the gate. no elec there but good fishing.
There are also nice log cabins fully equiped and the ablution blocks are very neat and tidy. Very nice venue for the family with a swimming pool and play area for the little ones. They also have a bar pub thing on the premises.

First of all try to sit to the left of the entrance as you go thru the gates. The second last braai theres a small tree between 2 big ones. You sit right there and cast over to the old house it has a flat roof.
The fish is not big, the biggest i caught there was only a little under 2kg. Plenty fish at about 30m and the bigger ones as deep as possible.
For barbel use day old chickens work very well, caught a 12.5 kg there.
Baits for carp.
1) Half a ertie on each hook with plain mielie bom.
2) One small banana floatie on each hook with pereby on the bom.
Thats all i used there for the past 5 trips and it works each time!
Was there last Sat and the fish came out good!
