Over here we get ours in spray cans from car accesory stores, also worth trying place where skateboarders get their paint.

The paint you talkin about is Montana , or Motip , you can buy in Cpt and Jozi to !

You can get it from any Hobby Shop, in spray cans, Tamiya, Humbrol etc....in fact I have even seen the type of paint you require from normal paint stores

Should be about R50 a spray can............or if you want the small humbrol tins about R25
