 I also "saw" my first "thing that i can't mention" , on the bricks , betweent eh mussels  . After fiding the first one , there were hundreds everywhere .

That place has been like that and will stay like that for years! don't be fooled by the accessibility of it, you can only fish the back area when the sea is ultra flat! and that does not happen every day...

Nice report!!!!

I went to the spot Nov2009 and was able to fish right at the point. The sea was very calm but every now and then a bigger wave would come and cool me down.... nothing to scary but I have to say it keeps you on your toes.

Seems those sharks seems to be living there in Fairly Large Numbers .

Whaler just wants a Poensie .that's all he can think of when there . i Just wanted an On , without the Foul hook-ups ...
Down In Dana bay the Weekend I fished heavy sinker , light hook trace .For Galjoen . usually One Would Obviously fish the other way round .
I lost 4 hooks .
1 sinker .

The hook-ups i Presume were onto Weeds n seagrass , etc .

Gerickes is a nice spot , i wish i knew it better .
