Good going there bud. Nothing beats getting good sized fish on lure. ::S
Agreed, not much can beat it. Knowing you fooled it is one thing, the fight on light tackle is another but the anticipation of the bite and feeling that tap::S::SPriceless::S::S

I take it the hook in your lure was bigger than a 1/0. :fbash

Yes it was a 4/0 1/2 oz Storm Jig head and even that hook was half open by the time I landed it.

Nice Fish Alton! I'd love a session where they're as thick as that!

PS: Great camerawork, 10/10 for spot concealment! :fbash:
Take duifie with you. If the fish aren't wild at least you'd have something "thick" with you. :fbash

Well the Angola trip anglers Nailed the fish on the Ryoichi's and it looks ike not only Trophy is cleaning up with them in the EC.

The #12 and #14 are going to be just as deadly on Garrick

They are great hooks!!!! In the mouth of the 87cm you'll still see the #16 that also accounted for the 75cm & 95cm on the live mullet. Oh and the 73cm came on a #16 through the nose of a whole pillie.

It is definately the best live bait hook and light/medium tackle bait hook I've ever used. A very wide gap, nice offset, thin enough to be light and not kill the mullet and yet they are strong::S::S::S
