Karoo Rainbow

[Tuna fish]

Went to a mates farm out side Prince Albert and landed some real fat rainbows. The fish were all in prime conditions fat and full of eggs. Got this bute on a hot spot Zak.  

Who knew there are fish in the Karoo ?

Ja Nor did i , Thought he was smoking Bobbejaan twak when he told me about the rainbows but after too many Dbl Brandys and a braai he showed me one of 8Lbs !! The dams hes got are fed from a spring so keeps the water cool all year round and hes pritty high up.Nothing like fishing with the smell of sheep Sh*t!

Tk - The weekend we had those two cold fronts pull through!

Nepps - Any time mate you say when, Just need a month with no rain and ill take you to a place where the trout pull like tractor busses! Av fish is between 6-8 pounds and plenty Dbl fig fish but you will have to be blind folded.

The farm ekmagniesenie is in the Prince albert region and is closed off to the public due to stock theft. Sorry mate.
