Can anybody tell me how to I.D. genuine Chokka for fishing.  Lots of people sell the stuff for different prices and claim it is the same thing.  What should I look out for when buying?

I should have taken a photo for you, caught a lot the week end.

Heres some pictures.   I guess it can be covered in ink as it has very thick black ink inside as a defence mechanism.

The skin has a light brown or pinkly colour and when removed it usually is white.
