as far as i know there isn't a law against the removal of carp from any public water as they are an 'alien' species... maybe someone can clarify this as i do stand to be corrected...

No Law against it, and Carp should actually be killed as it is an invasive species. I dont know gents. i Thought we could all gang up and call eachotehr if someone see's him and we all go force him to empty that kiep net. or we cut up that kiep net maybe....

ja we could do that... but cutting the keep net would put us on the wrong side of the law... damage to personal property.
