Hotel rocks

For those that are interested garrick are currently coming out at Hotel rocks - I just took a walk down onto the beach and 4 (+-5-8kg) came out in the 10 minutes I was there, so if you are nearby and want to go throw a chisel nose plug for a while you are bound to come right (lots of baitfish around too).

The locals know where it is hence the "nearby" comment. It's 300m south of Winkel high rocks.

Just spoke to some mates who are fishing winkels at teh moment from early as dark. not a bite. mostly live baits out. Things are very quiet. Just a question.I know when we fish comps we have to fish next to an opp clubmember, so if a fish has been landed it can be verified etc. If we gonna be fishing far away how are we going to so. Cos if we gonna try and release every fish it needs to be done quick

Yip. think so too. BUt i think we all should try and help each other out when necessary. Looking foward to it, not too happy about climbing the rocks at night on high water.. Dont think ill be able to sleep much tonite.
