the site at coastal park tip site is totally safe. i've been fishing there almost every w-end for the last 4 yrs without incident. and it also happens to have submarines as residents in that river!!! anyone wanting to fish there let me know and i'd be glad to join. check the other thread for carp on fly, you will see what im talking about. i posted pics there.
