If you're looking for a robust reel that'll last a long time and take a lot of abuse I strongly suggest saving up a little more and getting a 'gosa. That's an absolute machine of a reel that will give you many years of service.
Just give it a good service, sure it'll be fine..probably the best. Just when you do get your reel take out the bail trip ramp, this has been a gripe on both my shimmies till I removed them and fishing them became painless and a complete pleasure. If a new 'gosa the dual drag is of the best apparently, the stradic and sustain could do with better drag washers (they might have better ones now) so when mine are fried they will be replaced with carbontex, the drags washers in my penns and finnor are superior hands down I give them that.Dan moet my lethal maar net lank genoeg hou tot ek genoeg gespaar het!
