Hi Guys I am currently renovating a old 21ft Butt

Looking really good. Can I come around and have a look? I have fished off a 21ft butt a number of times in EL. Fishing machines. Also feel really safe when the weather turns.

Currently I am looking for my next boat. Sold mine in Nov last year. There are so many boats out there I cannot make up my mind. Frustrating as the guys are catching good fish at the moment. Going for a look see in Durban next week to see what is available.

PS-If you need a paying crew member or skipper, give us a shout. Fuel and bait costs plenty.

Mere pictures cannot convey the extent of the Current progress as sson as there are some notable changes I will post them :)

Anone got recomendations for the best batterys and Battery ssytem If i only want(can afford) 2 batteries ? Was thinking of a deep cycle marine for the one that will run my toys and start the one motor and a normal heavy rcraning guy for the other... Any opinions?

I'm sure you can do it with 2 as well, it will give you that confidence that your electronics will not run down the one vital battery that you need to start the motors.

Two deep cycle batteries should do the trick

She really looks good, well done.

Help me out here please, i am busy planing the redo on my boat, need some advise.
How far is your false transom from the transom? Or maybe i should ask what is the closets it can be?
How far is your console from the nearest hatch behind it? I need to know how much space is enough to skip comfortable, 600mm?

Thanx
