K guys... there is a new lure out... it's the poor man's Onde Onda... it's called the MARIA, VIVA PARADE; Made by the YAMARIA Co. Japan. They look exactly the same as an Onde Onda, perhaps not quite the same quality, but get this... at HALF the price!!

Paid R52.00 per Jig/lure for mine - the large ones (56g) ....

Oh and I'm now using a much simpler knot than the Rapala Knot to tie on my lures... try this one guys, it's really easy and strong as heck... they use it on the Japanese Popping circuit....

Haven't used it that much.

The smallest in the range of  these MIA lures (purple/clear) produced this Natal Snoek for my son 4 years ago.  (I suggest replacing the hooks with a known brand such as Owner)
